确实距离Ischia码头比较近，但是也有大概走路30分钟的距离。房子实际效果和图片一模一样，房东很有格调，人也很好，到了之后会给我们说一些附近的餐厅和海滩。 然后一些建议，这房子最致命的问题就是，花哨的东西太多!!让我们完全没有地方放东西。这确实是这个房子的一个风格，但是对于我们行李不是很多的人来说，都没有地方可以放。 其次我选择这个房子的时候看了很多评价，我看到我想说的问题之前的客人都说在评论说过，但是我这次来完全没有任何改变。 有冰箱但是没有插电，有电磁炉和厨房的水管但都是不可用的，卫生间淋浴的地方在浴缸里，并且完全没有帘子遮住，如果洗澡很容易将水溅出。喝水只能从卫生间的水管接自来水，但是因为水管到面池距离有限使用困难。早饭时间太晚，对于8.9点出门的人来说等不到早餐。(虽然只有袋装小面包haha) 4月晚上还是会有点冷，要求开暖气被通知已经夏天，然后只开了一个小时。第二天朋友感冒再次询问能否开一整个晚上后，还是只开到大概凌晨1点。 图片可以看出房型是loft，房东就住在隔壁的房子，但是你们的一楼和二楼阳台将和房东共用并且二楼没有门(一楼和二楼之间)。所以我们经常听到凌晨1.2点有人在楼下发出声音，早上7.8点也能听到非常大可能是在大扫除的声音。 然后就是付款后的详细地址希望可以写上门牌号，不然寻找非常费劲。 最后不管是短期还是长期旅游，我都更加推荐酒店，不推荐民宿，价格差不多但是酒店更加省心和有更多的服务，比如接送，餐饮，bar，温泉泳池等等。我们一共去了一周前三天在酒店后三天在民宿，有明显的体验差距。 Ischia还是非常好玩的，推荐大家住在porto Ischia 和porto forio 附近，出行方便，也非常感谢房东的招待，如果你看到，希望可以做的更好！

La casa de Marco realmente muy linda, decoración hermosa y llena de obras de arte, sin embargo, no nos sentimos 100% cómodas. No hubo instrucciones o especificaciones de cosas básicas como dónde dejar la basura, uso de espacios comunes, funcionamiento de la ducha, etc. La cama era cómoda y tenía una vista hermosa, pero se publicita una gran terraza, que no usamos porque las sillas estaban en una zona de la casa que impresiona que no puede utilizarse. La ducha no tiene soporte, cortina ni mampara por lo que es incómodo bañarse, ya que necesitas sostenerla con una mano. No habían productos de limpieza salvo jabón y papel higiénico. En el anuncio se especifica que no se puede cocinar, pero que el uso de la cocina está disponible, tuvimos que pedir platos y cuchillos porque no estaban a la vista y estaban todos llenos de polvo. Marco nos dio recomendaciones de restaurantes y lugares. No fue una estancia horrible, sin embargo no la repetiría. Ojalá mejore, porque es un gran lugar.

Marco’s apartment was great! Very stylish and great attention to detail. The terrace offered an amazing view of the castle and the room was very comfortable. It was located very close to ischia ponte which had many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the ferry port was less than 20 minutes away by bus. When we visit ischia again we will definitely stay again!

Definitely felt Marco’s place was the best place we stayed during our time in Italy. Marcos apartment is gorgeous, the terrace is massive the photos don’t do it justice! Marco has great taste, his house is beautiful and the area is ideal with amazing restaurants and the castle just a small walk from the apartment. Marcos sister checked us in, who was lovely. And Marco allowed us to keep our bags in the apartment after check out before our ferry. Highly recommend!! Felt right at home.

Marco is a friendly host and provided flexible check in and helpful local recommendations. His space is stylish, has a terrace with a great view of the castle / sunrise and the bed is very comfortable. There were some downsides though: 1) the home is slightly further up the hill (towards San Michelle) than we anticipated. A tiring walk at the end of the day. 2) the layout of his home was a little confusing for us as guests. Upstairs was clearly the primary Airbnb space. Unclear on the terms for sharing the terrace and downstairs space which meant we tried to keep away from them. 3) WiFi didn’t work upstairs. Only downstairs which meant we didn’t use it. 4) bathroom only had a bath with shower attachment. A standing shower to get rid of salty / sandy bodies would have been great. Overall it was a nice stay and well priced for Ischia’s rising popularity but a few simple clarifications / upgrades would make this an unbeatable stay! We wouldn’t return unless changes were made.
