Mai Hoa’s place 302 was pretty accurate to photos provided. Only slight differences in updated furniture in a few rooms. There were no twin beds. I was unaware that guest had to leave their identification with the receptionist desk until departure as my girlfriend and her sister had to. However, I was made aware that it was government policy in Vietnam. Only three issues we had. First was the WiFi router not functioning correctly which the receptionist switched out with R602. Then it functioned properly. The second was the coded security door lock did not actually work properly,as any code entered would open the door. We latched the door from inside on the door lock mechanism. I am unsure if this operated correctly as well. Upon first arrival the lights to the hallway entrance was well lit witha camera is in the corner of an entrance to an adjacent apartment. But for some reason during our entire stay the lights in the hallway apartment entrance were secured. The third thing was we were unable to dial out on the house phone as there was no dial tone. Could have used some cleaning supplies in the kitchen, but not all that big of a deal as the cleaning staff was exceptional. Other than those things all else was great. Great sized apartment, nice location.

It is a great pace which offers a nice view from the sunset. The whole place is real luxury. The house keeping team is nice and always there to help you out. There are small places to buy food and anything you need nearby even a pharmacy. The night flower market is just a few hundred meters away and a must see if you visiting Hanoi.

Fantastic property in a nice quiet area. Within short walking distance of some great restaurants and shops. Cheap taxi ride to any where within Hanoi that you would like to visit. Staff were extreamly helpful and friendly. Pool is fantastic. Property was well maintained and very clean. I stayed with my wife and 12 year old daughter and we all loved the place. When we are back in Hanoi I would hope to book this apartment again. Thank you.
