Allison's place is as described and immaculate on the inside. Everything is up to date and modern. Location is very quiet and peaceful. Heating system worked great and I had everything I needed to relax.

Allison was a wonderful host who reached out several times to ensure we had all the information needed to find the rental and check in easily on our own. The cottage was very private and quiet, set back well away from the country road. Finding the cottage was easy, and the driveway was well maintained for my low car. The inside of the cottage was very clean, had all the needed amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. There were a few stops we made close to the cottage, such as the general store and Wolf Man Jacks resting place. We tripped and toured several nearby towns and went to the drag strip as well. There is a lot to do nearby, and the 25-minute drive to Edenton seemed half that as the area is so scenic and roads are easy to navigate and drive. We will definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip to the area.

My husband and I had an amazing getaway experience for our anniversary weekend. The pictures and descriptions are spot on, very clean, and tidy. Such a cute little cottage. The little touches and amenities were amazing and made our stay special. Such a peaceful and quiet place to relax and reconnect with each other. Hosts are very responsive and so sweet. Would definitely revisit this home or another one of theirs.

The lovely spa like accommodation make it so hard to leave! The cottage is off the road with an outdoor area surrounded by trees. Although the cottage is next to the house, it was completely private. We loved that we could drive a short distance to other cities for food or shopping but came back to the countryside. close enough to drive to outerbanks for a day trip. The jacuzzi and gas fire pit were just one of the joyous amenities. I think we will rent the rv on our next trip to the area. My girls also loved visits from the friendly, playful cat!
