I had the most wonderful stay at Jonathan’s house. It is the most beautiful house and so comfortable. I stayed with a young child and it was a perfect set up. The house is very spacious and has everything you could need. Johnathan made everything very easy to arrange. Thankyou!
Jonathan’s house is very beautiful and we loved living there. He definitely responded promptly to any concerns. We felt very at home there. It’s a great area and very quiet. We wish he’d been clearer about the extent of the building work happening both next door and his own planned extension. It was this that forced us to leave a month early.
Lovely big house with plenty of space and a bunch of bedrooms. Plenty of beautiful art on the walls. Well equipped kitchen. The house keeper Susan couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.
The house is beautiful, with gorgeous furnishings and paint colors, but at the same time felt comfortable and unfussy. There was a lot of room for our family to spread out, including a sitting area off of the dining room and a small office on the main floor. We were there in late November and I kept imagining how beautiful the back yard must be in the Summer. The neighborhood is a little distance from main sites (about 30 minutes usually), but the great character of the neighborhood made it well worth it. We particularly liked the excellent little grocery and food shops in the Newington Green area, and the tucked-away River Walk at the end of the street was a pastoral escape in the middle of London. Susan was great and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this rental!
This house is both stunningly beautiful and exquisitely comfortable all at once. It's a place that is clearly a cherished home rather than simply a rental. It has everything you need and is convenient to transport, wonderful restaurants and green spaces. It feels like you're in a small leafy village when in fact you're in the middle of Islington. It is tranquil and well laid out so that everyone has space and privacy, but with wonderful common areas. Check-in and check out are super easy and Caroline is a gift of a greeter. Truly the best of the many airbnb's I've had the pleasure to stay at in London!

Hello, Me and my friend Susan run and manage the house. We'll be glad to answer all your questions, manage all your bookings and we hope make you very welcome and comfortable when you get here. I love travelling and also meeting different people. I'm also interested in design and architecture and have refurbished and rebuilt several houses. London though is our home and it's where the heart is so we have poured our love and experiences into the house there. We love it and think it's a unique and lovely place. We've tried to make it luxurious and comfortable but also practical, unfussy and easy to live with. I hope that if you choose to visit you will also feel a sense of the people, places and energy that have gone into making it a home that we love and enjoy the simple pleasure of feeling that you've arrived somewhere special.
