This place was perfect for our family of three. Sita provided us with a pack and play for our baby to sleep in and was so accommodating about letting us check in early so he could nap. The space is comfortable and has everything you need, plus enough room to bring our stroller inside. Great location and walkable to everything downtown. Highly recommended!

Sita’s place was so cute and perfect for our quick trip skiing in Steamboat and visiting Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Great downtown location, easily walkable to anything on Lincoln Ave and short drives to skiing or the hot springs (although it’s probably easier to just take the free bus direct to the ski resort). We will definitely consider staying here again!

The highlight of this Airbnb was the location. Easy to walk to a ton of great restaurants and bars. We also choose it because we have the same couch, which we absolutely love :) Parking is not as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. Trucks and larger vans may run into some issues, but a SUV should be fine. There are no lines on the ground (only numbered signs in the front) meaning you're at the mercy of how your neighbors park. The walls are thin and you can definitely hear everything upstairs, but our neighbors had the same bedtime as us so we had no issues falling and staying asleep. The main issue we had was that the unit was not cleaned when we arrived (used towels on the ground, bed not cleaned or made, etc.). Sita was easy to reach and promptly got someone to clean the unit, but we did have to find something to do for a few hours before we could officially check-in.
