I can’t tell you how much we loved our stay here. Just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach and Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island, both were spectacular and clean with beach rentals and concession’s. This rental was immaculate and looked just like the pictures. The final touch for me was being able to check in at 2 and out by noon. Many others are in at 4 and out by 11. That extra time really allowed us to be rested and not rushed for our final day. I will tell all my friends and family coming to this area to rent this exact unit. Ian and Kamila were great hosts. Can’t ask for better. Thank you again!

Really enjoyed our stay during spring break. The place looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. It is about a 10-15 min drive to beach with no traffic. I would definitely book again.

It was easy to find. It was user error looking for lock box; it was right in my view. I had known the unit was older from a previous review so that didn’t surprise me. The neighbors surrounding were nice, but it’s cluttered with things outside other’s apartments. It did not bother us, but it’s there. The apartment was just like the pictures and my daughter loved it. Sparkles everywhere! The place was clean, Internet worked, stocked with bathroom supplies. The only complaint was the steps. My parents are older and the uneven steps plus a high reach from top step to landing was rough for them, but if you are fit then it’s not a problem. We would highly recommend! Siesta Key beach is near; Keke’s was fab to eat at, and the pool was amazing! It was a great stay!

The location of the home is perfect for heading to the beach, restaurants, workout gym and grocery store. Couldn’t have asked for a better location 👍
