The downstairs unit was perfect for a little getaway with my small family and dog. It was close to the beach, comfortably decorated, very cozy.

The downstairs unit at the Retro Retreat is super cozy and charming. The kitchen is really well stocked with cookware, knives, cutlery, and everything we needed to do a lot of fun cooking over the weekend. It was great being so close to the water, and the deck was lovely. Water pressure and heat were great, and the very new washing machine and dryer came in handy. Sarah, the manager, was very responsive, and we were thrilled to be able to get an early check-in and late check-out. Also, it's great that they allowed us to bring our cat! A lot of places don't. The only thing I'd watch out for is that this is a downstairs unit, and the floors upstairs are quite squeaky, so if there's someone staying up there, expect a lot of noise. Also, the mattress is suuuper soft - just a heads up if that's not your thing!

This was a good value stay. Very quick walk to the beach and the lawn area was great for kids and dogs. Cozy and very enjoyable stay

We loved staying here! The neighborhood felt safe and cute and the view of the ocean was wonderful. Would absolutely come again and recommend!

Perfect place for a steelhead fisherman to recuperate after a hard day of wading and casting in the local rivers.
