Modern and spacious penthouse, serviced everyday. The apartment has a set of batteries to prevent the load shedding (power outages) that are extremely useful. Ryan (the host) was kind to share the load shedding schedule which made it easy to manage our agenda. We were complimented with wine tasting and lunch at the wonderful Cavalli Estate which we absolutely recommend. Amazing experience.

Ryan est un très bon hôte. Il répondait rapidement. Patience est bien gentille. L’emplacement est vraiment super! A une distance de marche de tout les restaurants/attractions de la marina. Le ménage est pas très bien fait. L’extérieur est sale. Les tiroirs sont bordéliques. La taie d’oreiller était tachée. Une des air climatisé était brisé. La chambre des enfants n’avait pas de store dans la salle de bain et la salle de bain est séparée de la chambre par une porte en vitre donc les enfants étaient debout très tôt.

Having stayed in several apartments in the past in the Marina Estate, Ryan's place and hospitality is number one. He is such a wonderful and a great host. I would recommend his property any day, any moment to anyone who would prefer staying around the marina. Also not forgetting Patience, the housekeeping lady, what a wonderful soul, keep up the good work.

Thank you Ryan. You provided the perfect accommodation. Spacious, clean and beautifully appointed apartment in secure enclosed enclave within V&A Waterfront. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Perfect set up for Cape Town holiday. Easy access with car and convenient parking. Great launch pad to all the Cape has to offer. Would highly recommend
