Thank you for making me so welcome in your beautiful home Nice little touches with fresh fruit and tasty cordials Thank you with helping with my bags what a wonderful gentleman The bed was super comfortable and it was lovely to have a TV in my room Having a desk in the room was really good to The house is cozy and warm I have already booked again for a few weeks time This is definitely my new home from home when I am training and teaching in Nottingham Thank you for your hospitality

Thank you Alonzo I had an Exceptional stay! The room was fantastic, and the host was both responsive and proactive. The lovely house provided a safe and quiet atmosphere, making my visit to Nottingham truly enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

The place was clean and well equipped. The other staying there were friendly and helpful. It was well equipped. The only negative for me was the stairs to the attic room I had booked were tricky

Stayed here for a month for work reasons. Place was as described, bedroom was clean. I was there for practical purposes so mainly needed a room to sleep and unwind in after work, the room fulfilled this function very well. Other rooms were let to other mid-term occupants, mostly students - everyone very nice and kept themselves to themselves. House is well-located, 30-40m walk from town centre and good for takeaways and shops. I didn't get to spend much time exploring St Ann's but found it a cool area on my walks through. Downsides: shared kitchen and bathroom and you will encounter other guests in the kitchen - this was fine for me as everyone was nice, but not for everyone. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but host did say he would act on this when it was pointed out. Several repairs needed e.g. bed frame was broken when I moved in - host did fix this but I had to remind him after intially mentioning it. Overall, some flaws but served its purpose, was happy with my stay.
