Everything was perfect. Santiago was always responding fast to my messages and was always willing to help. He also gave us some good suggestions on what to see in the city. The apartment was clean, the room was big, we had everything we needed. The subway station is 5min away and you get to the center in no time.

This room is very very spatious, and has everything to accommodate for long stays (I stayed around 4 months). It gets a lot of sunlight, and has a big desk which I enjoyed working at. The description in general was precise and equal to what Santiago has to offer. Cleanliness was a great plus during the stay, often times the shared areas were cleaned and tidied up. No shoes in the house policy. Finally the apartment is very close to Ubahn (2min walk) and located in a green, quiet area of the city. Highly recommended, also Santiago is a great host and will gladly help you with anything you might need.

Ich habe die Unterkunft für 6 Monate bewohnt und konnte mich nicht beklagen. Santiago ist ein wirklich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Gelegentlich kam seine Mutter oder ein Freund zu Besuch, welche auch sehr nett waren. Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß und war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Anzeige stimmt mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Auch mit der Katze bin ich gut klar gekommen, sie war jedoch sehr schüchtern. Die Lage war für mich perfekt, da es gerade mal 10min mit dem Bus zum Hauptbahnhof sind. I lived in the apartment for 6 months and couldn’t complain. Santiago is a really nice and helpful host. Occasionally his mother or a friend came to visit, who were also very nice. The room is really large and was equipped with everything necessary. The display corresponds to the situation. I also got along well with the cat, but she was very shy. The location was perfect for me, as it is just 10min by bus to the main station.
