Cons: Rooster on the property very frustrating. Woke us up early, early in morning as they do. Paying for place (which otherwise was great) I don’t think it’s nice to have an alarm clock. Bed upstairs needs to be replaced or have good mattress topper. Very hard and compressed especially on left side. This is an easy fix. Again a paying guest at market rate should have comfortable bed. (I am an Airbnb owner too) Pros: loved the otherwise quiet (rooster excepted) setting in the more rural side of town. Ivan and Jessica, Foster and Luna the dog are super friendly and lovely people. Our dog got lost and Jessica got on her atv to help find her❤️. Dog friendly. Yea! Simple place but clean. Except the rooster and the bed. I would rent again.

Perfectly located, close to the beach - saw whales from the balcony! Easy drive into Todos Santos (try Bonjour Madame for great pastries and prepared food). Jessica and Ivan were very responsive and friendly, as is their dog, such a sweetie. Would love to return, so peaceful with so many birds.

The sun rises and sunsets were beautiful. The house was very nice. The long dirt road to the casita was a little challenging. Had a good time.
