This place is a little slice of heaven. Each aspect of the cabin and the trail was clearly thought-out and made for a very comfortable stay. We were so impressed by the craftsmanship of the cabin and sauna - arriving to such a remote area and being provided with beautiful amenities was a dream for us. Robin and Fred, thank you for hosting us and sharing this gem!

We stayed at Robin and Fred's cabin in mid October and really enjoyed the fall colours. The water is so clean and the beach is stunning! We used the sauna and did the cold plunge every day. It was such a treat! The cabin is nice and cozy. We loved reading about everyone's adventures here. I honestly can't think of anything I didn't love about this vacation. I hope to return next year.

Another fabulous stay at Northern Skies Outpost Cabin! A week spent relaxing, hiking & paddling was just what we needed. A truly magical spot, it never fails to inspire.

This was our second stay at Robin’s camp after our trip in October of last year (2022). Our first stay exceeded our expectations and before it came to an end we already began planning this second trip. There were more activities than we could fit in our first 4-day trip. Hiking, canoeing, observing wildlife, relaxing on the beach, climbing, recharging in the sauna, and so much more. The perfect getaway to fulfill your outdoor needs or to recharge in the peaceful surroundings of Frobel Lake. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Year #4 for our gang at this little piece of paradise. So glad we booked for 7 nights instead of our usual 5. It was perfect. Just booked the same week for next year..the colours were almost at their peak when we left, which is always so hard to to do. Thank you for sharing.
