Really nice and quiet area. The hosts where there when we arrived. They were very nice, helpful, and told a lot about what to see along the local coast line. All in all you find what you need in the house. Outside shower is very useful. The bedroom mounted aircondition system helps keeping a nice temperature in the whole house. When booking we had the feeling that we booked the whole house (as seen on the photos). However, the house is "divided" vertically, and there is a family living next door. This did not destroy our holiday but we think it is worth knowing that the house on the photos is not totally at your disposal. Lots of towels in the house. All in all a really good place to "recharge your batteries".

We stayed in Manuela's house for 5 nights in the summertime. The house is spacious, clean and fully equipped. Aircon in the main bedroom was a plus on some very hot nights. Our children enjoyed the outside shower. Loads of beach equipment available for use - this was really appreciated! A great base to explore the surrounding area. Easy and quick access to the wonderful beaches in Pula and Chia.

Manuela and Massimo greeted us even though it was a late night check in. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and beaches which we enjoyed. There were beach items and towels etc available for us to use which was very helpful. Check out was easy too as they came to help us when leaving. A lovely, welcoming place to stay in a quiet, peaceful area near the beach. It was so relaxing!

Lovely little house in a very peaceful area, close to beaches and great for families. Because it's a peaceful area, there's not a lot within walking distance (except for a beach), but there's plenty of stuff a short drive away. The hosts were really helpful and responsive. Recommend this Villa!

Tutto come da annuncio, villetta comoda e con ampi spazi. Situata in posizione assolutamente strategica per poter visitare al meglio la zona a sudovest di Cagliari. Gli host sono molto gentili, precisi nelle comunicazioni e disponibili. Tutto ok!
