Only 300 mt from the beach, this is a one-bedroom villetta (28sq mt) withous sea-view, located inside a traditional sardinian style "borgo" built with local granite stones and real wood furniture. Each villetta with private access, outdoor shower and outdoor verandah with barbecue to provide great all'aperto evenings and dining. So simple so peaceful. Surrounded by nature yet in the heart of Gallura, just in front of the most beautiful islands of the Maddalena Archipelago and Costa Smeralda. One double bedroom, living room with optional sofa-bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower. no sea-view. Outdoor patio with verandah and barbecue. The Marina di Conca Verde is a small complex of 10 villettas (maisonettes) each with private access, TV (italian), washing-machine and parking space.

Die Nähe zum Meer und die Ruhe hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Very basic, which is not bad. Car required, since there are no stores or restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, there were chilopods in the bathroom on two different occasions, which made our stay less comfortable than we hoped. Overall the stay was ok.
Das Appartment ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, Lage sehr ruhig, leider gibt es nichts in der Nähe, kein Supermarkt oder Restaurant, die näheste Möglichkeit ist Porto Pozzo. Die Anlage in Conza Verde ist sehr schön, gepflegt, sauber, wenn man die Einsamkeit sucht ist man dort richtig. Die Einrichtung des Appartment ist sehr schlicht und teilweise unpraktisch, halt schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles wenn man nicht viel kochen möchte 😉. Jimmy ist super nett und hilfsbereit!
L’alloggio di Jimmy è situato in una zona molto tranquilla, lontana dal caos. La casa è incastonata perfettamente con l’architettura del paesaggio circostante. Gode di uno spazio esterno molto piacevole per eventuali cene all’aperto. Consigliato!
Jimmy était très sympathique et nous a parfaitement reçu. Le logement corresponds a la description. Par contre un peut trop rustique pour nous, on a du faire nous mêmes le lit, pas de climatisation ni internet c’est dommage.

Conca verde is a quiet and peaceful place. Shops are within 3-10 km (Porto Pozzo or S. Teresa). We love it just the way it is, in spring time flowers are blooming and sea breeze is blowing. During summer it gets hotter and after spending the day at sea you might be willing to enjoy a glass of wine at night sitting outside in your terrace.
We strongly recommend to have your own car. public transport is ok to go from one town to another but not to small places like conca verde.

Living all year round in Sardinia says it all. I just love this place and cannot think of a better place to live. I've been working in the tourism industry for the past 10 years and recently discovered I have more to offer. I love traveling but I enjoy hosting people from all around the world even more. I call it travelling without moving. I can provide several solutions for your accommodation and local knowledge on must "do and see" while you enjoy your holiday. Kitesurfing has become my favourite sport since 2011. I practice it both on north east coast (renown Porto Pollo) or north west coast. Water is my element and if you wish I can recommend few activities that involve being at sea. ...let's talk about food. the good and delicious one! Sardinia has a lot to offer both on the meat and fish side. Home made pasta of course is our bible. Agriturismo (rural family run restaurants) are everywhere I will be happy to suggest to you the best ones. Wine is also becoming a big thing over here, small vineyards are appearing on the hills and its produce is just excellent . ..so if you need some of my local knowledge to start your adventure or to give that special touch to your holidays just ask.
