The apartment was as described and is in a beautiful location. The building itself is very impressive with lovely high stone carved ceilings and the archways in the shared courtyard were stunning. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the owner was extremely attentive to our every need, which was greatly appreciated. Even in April we enjoyed using the on-site pool, surrounded by lemon trees. We swam in the sea and dined at Spiaggia di Marina Del Cantone and walked down to Baia di Leranto. Nerano itself has a handy store and cafe and a larger Conad supermarket is about a 10 minute drive. Parking was free for guests on-site. A lovely stay and we would definitely go back to explore the area more. We were also able to purchase some locally made produce on-site to add to the authentic experience. Many thanks.

Ein wunderschöner Ort inmitten von Zitronenbäumen. Sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Gastfreundschaft und Service werden großgeschrieben. Sehr gute Küche mit regionalen Zutaten, teils aus dem eigenen Garten. Guglielmo ist immer aufmerksam, ansprechbar und geht auf alle Wünsche ein. Ein kleines Paradies fern ab vom Massentourismus.

The people who run Villarena take such exceptional care of their guests, the property is perfectly located. They recommended a beautiful easy hike to the most gorgeous bay and beach we’ve ever seen, the clearest water in Amalfi coast. Easy to walk to main beach, plus shuttles and busses available. We were MUCH happier to stay in Nerano over the crazy busy towns of Postiano and Amalfi. Giovanna and the owner took amazing care of us and we will definitely return! Thank you so much!

We felt very lucky to find this amazing place. Nerano is quiet and peaceful and the setting is idyllic but it's not far from the lovely beach and local restaurants for more buzz. The pool is ideal for a cooldown dip and a beautiful setting amongst the lemon trees for a quiet read and lie in the sun. A short walk up the hill to the village of Nerano and you can have a drink at Bar Zaghera and a game of football on the pitch next to the church. We loved being on the Amalfi coast during the celebrations of the Napoli Scudetta win, every town and village with their own way of showing their pride. Car hire (and a stomach for windy mountain road!) is essential in order to visit Sorrento which gives access to boat trips to other Amalfi towns, Positano is a must.
