This house was perfect for our short break to Galway. It was located a short drive from the nearest town. It was comfortable and had all the amenities to make a memorable stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

Très joli cottage, parfaitement situé sur la route du Connemara, tout proche de Galway, et avec les commodités à proximité, à Moycullen. Le cottage est plutôt bien aménagé et pratique à vivre avec un seul bémol qui serait la cuisine, plutôt vétuste et pas très adaptée pour cuisiner, tant au niveau de l’électroménager que des ustensiles, poêles, casseroles, assiettes…. disponibles. A 5 personnes, c’est compliqué. Même si nous n’avons pu croiser Muireann que quelques instants à 2 reprises (elle était partie pour ses vacances), Muireann est une hôte très sympathique, à l’écoute et de bons conseils.

Muireann war während unseres Aufenthalts in den Ferien, wir trafen sie leider erst am Tag der Abreise . Die Kommunikation mit ihr war jedoch jederzeit super, ein erster Kontakt gleich nach unserer Buchung, weitere Infos einige Tage vor unserer Anreise und am Tag der Anreise sogar Videos, wie wir ins Haus gelangen und ausserdem einige gute Tips für unsere Weiterreise. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und die Tage in ihrem gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

If you’re looking to stay outside of Galway, this is a great little location! It’s a true 20 mins away. There was a grocery store, a few pubs and other shops nearby so you didn’t have to go so far for those things if needed. The house was spacious and we had 6 of us here just fine. The kitchen is definitely a bit dated but we had what we needed. We spent only 2 days and it didn’t affect us but just something to keep in mind. Make sure to communicate if you need extra beds or bedding in advance because Muireann will have it set up! I would definitely recommend!
