Kimberly is a wonderful host, very kind and understanding of our situation of traveling with our autistic son. Surrounding the house Kim has an amazing cottage garden which was a joy to watch develop over the Spring and early Summer. It seemed like everyday there was something new in bloom. The apartment is warm and cozy, the art on the walls unique and beautiful. The only caveat is that it is a small space. It would be perfect for a couple, a couple with a small child, or two single adults. I loved this space and really enjoyed our stay there.

What a great place to stay! Kim is the best host one could ask for - she has thought of all the details, the place is immaculately clean, and she is friendly and kind. The neighborhood is terrific - close to everything, with great parks and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is simple but charming. Ceilings are low, but that actually kind of adds to the coziness, and at 5'10" I was very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped.

5/5 Stars! Really great location, plenty of space for an upstairs/attic apartment, everything we needed for a month-long stay in Madison for two teens and two adults, house was clean, beds were comfy, and advertisement is very accurate. Kim is a great host. Communication was fantastic. We appreciated the nice add-ons she offered: trash bags, dish soap, toiletries, TP, etc, and a lovely welcome gift. Many rentals only have a small starter kit of supplies so this was a very nice perk! The only notes we have to add are the ceilings are low (noticeable but didn't bother us) and the WiFi cut out occasionally, however, the internet was reliable and the seldom interruptions were short in length. Two of us work online and it didn't slow us down at all; streaming and online gaming were no problem outside of the occasional interruption. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would love to stay at Kim's flat when we return to Madison. Thanks for a great stay!

Kim is the most wonderful host! She has cultivated such a peaceful, wonderful space. We felt like we had our own little quiet home for the summer. As advertised, the ceilings are low (6.5 feet-ish) but the space feels surprisingly open! We had four people (two adults, two teens) the first week and it was fine, then one adult and one teen the rest of the summer and that was wonderful! The all seasons porch was a perfect place for my remote control work, including good wifi for meetings! The neighborhood is amazing - walkable to the lake, a little summer outside Biergarten, pizza, cafes, even walkable to the Garver Feedmill. Short bike or long walk to great local spots like Monty’s Blue Plate and Gail Ambrosius chocolate. This is a must stay AirBNB
