The accommodation appeared to be new and was fantastic. It was accurately described in Airbnb. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen wear and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned daily by very good staff. The apartment was very secure and the security guard, although he couldn't speak English, was very helpful. A bonus was a well equipped gymnasium and the washing machine. The location was great with most points of interest within walking distance. It was very near a supermarket and hundreds of restaurants and street food vendors. Communication with the host was quick and easy. She also provides an handy guide to the area. Next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh City I will stay at this apartment again if it's available. I highly recommend this apartment to travellers wanting to stay in District 3 in Ho Chi Minh city.

This was my third stay in Yung's apartments. This time I booked one-bedroom apartment. It was perfect. I strongly recommend to stay there. It's a perfect location, quiet, secure. Yung is a perfect host - very reliable and look after her guests.

The apartment building is immaculate. Clean and with all one needs to be comfortable. The two security guards are fantastic - they don't speak English but are very kind and helpful. There's a solid gym setup on the ground floor and fast wifi throughout the whole building. Housekeeping comes each day and they are awesome: three ladies that scrub and clean the apartment within a few mins, leaving fresh towels behind. Nice kitchen that is well equipped, even a washing machine! Highly recommended. The host is easy to work with and fast to respond. Booked a 1bd which turned out wasn't available so she put us in a 2bd unit for the same price, a cool surprise and great way to rectify the situation.

Yung was very quick to respond to all my questions. The guards on the ground floor were also polite and professional. The location is ideal. District 3 is my favourite district as it has so many restaurants, cafes, shops and hidden places to discover. Just a short walking distance is The Acoustic, a popular small but cosy live music venue. The apartment itself is very clean, quiet and has everything you need for a relaxing time in Saigon.
