Spacious and comfortable apartment on the second floor of a magnificent art nouveau villa , distinctive for its uniqueness and sophistication , situated in the center of Ostia ( seaside neighborhood of Rome) with park view and only 100mt from the public beach and beach facilities . Position simple, even for the short distance to Metro Lido Centre (800 meters ) that easily connects Ostia to the major points of interest in the capital, including the excavations of Ostia Antica and the historic center of Rome, the surrounding area includes a wide variety of dining options including bars, pubs and restaurants within walking distance due to the presence of a pedestrian area clean and tidy, perfect for quiet walks and shopping. The building is very quiet.

Nice and clean apartment in a perfect location just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes walk from a big grocery store. Very close to the train line to Rome 10 minutes walking. Francesca was very nice and helpful and welcomed uns warmly. Recommend! :)
The apartment was exactly what we were looking for - close to the beach, groceries and restaurants while we were in Ostia. Clean and spare, with lots of little thoughtful small extras (dish soap, tea towels, sugar, etc). Plenty of room for two adults and older teens. Easy to cook simple meals and keep some cool water, essential for summer treks. Tram travel to the center of Rome was cheap and convenient.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und super für 5 Leute. Man ist innerhalb von 5 min am Strand und in der Fussgängerzone, wo man alle Restaurants hat. Die Gastgeberin hat uns einen Shuttle vom FCO gebucht für wenig Geld und auch dies hat super geklappt. Auch das aus und einchecken gibg problemlos Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!

La tranquillità della zona, la presenza del mare a un centinaio di metri di distanza dalle case, la presenza di un'area pedonale caratterizzata da molti ristoranti(abbastanza lontani dalla casa per poterla proteggere da rumori e schiamazzi)
L'edificio è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Ostia Lido Centro. Da questa stazione, grazie ad una diramazione locale della metro di Roma( la freccia del mare, comunemente chiamata "il trenino") si arriva dopo soli 20 minuti alla stazione della metro b di Magliana oppure dopo 25 minuti a quella di Piramide(già nel centro di Roma).
