My wife and I stayed here at Michael's apartment for 6 months while I was working in the city. We couldn't of been more happier with our stay. The place was incredible. The location was fantastic with the subway two blocks away. The apartment has everything you need with great utilities. The AC was perfect in the summer and the heat worked great in the winter. Michael was very responsive and our check in went very smoothly! I could not express how incredible and clean this apartment was. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of booking this airbnb do not wait! Thanks again Michael for the hospitality!

I stayed at Michael's listing for about 5 months before extending my stay for even longer. The apartment is great and secure. Both the AC and the heat work just fine and the apartment was sufficiently warm during the winter months. It's conveniently located close to the Penn Station and very close to FIT so if you're an attending student I would highly recommend this place. Michael is helpful and responsive whenever you need anything. Overall a great place to stay.

Michael was a great host and helpful when I checked in, helped with my luggages. The location of this place is superb, easy access to all mode of transportation (trains, subways, or bus stations). Highly recommended. Will definitely book this place if I’ll stay in NY again.

Michael's apartment is a cozy and charming studio located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in New York City. The Empire State building is less than two blocks away, while the Hudson Yards mall and the Vessel are even closer. The surroundings are safe, clean, and well-served (supermarkets, subway stations, and bus stations can be comfortably reached in less than 5 minutes by foot). Michael is a thoughtful and friendly host, who will always do his best to accommodate all of your needs. In sum, my journey there was excellent, which is noteworthy if you consider that I spent most of my time in New York working remotely from home.

Alles in allem war es gut. Michael war sehr zuvorkommend, hat immer schnell geantwortet und er hat sich erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Lage ist ein Traum, sicher und relativ leise (für New Yorker Verhältnisse), da das Fenster zum Innenhof liegt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und das WLAN funktioniert top und die Wohnung war sauber. Jedoch ist die Wohnung generell ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig, hellhörig in Hinsicht auf die Nachbarn und wenn der Nachbar kocht riecht man das in der ganzen Wohnung durch die Lüftung. Aber für meinen 3 Monate Aufenthalt war es gut.
