A great location to stay and enjoy the Scottish Borders. A very unique stay and experience, lovely walks straight out the front door. Very happy with the long weekend we were able to enjoy at the house as well in nearby Peebles!

A delightful character property which was very clean, extremely well-equipped and comfortable. The description of the staircases etc were accurate and helpful plus the welcome pack was a very nice touch. We would not hesitate to book the property again.

Very atmospheric and special place to stay for a few nights, and the carpets of snowdrops on the estate were particularly magical. Great river and hill walks from the door, and appreciated the warm downstairs space for drying wet boots and coats. Teenagers suitably impressed by staying in a medieval tower, and although I was worried it would be small for a family of four, it's quite spacious. The tower is chilly but that comes with the history - just bring some warm shawls and socks if staying this time of year, and enjoy the wood fires and cosy beds. A lovely break from work and city life!

Amazing historic tower with all the modern amenities you would need. We enjoyed our few days away here and hope to come back soon, would highly recommend.
