我地係一群hk 剛畢業的中學生 先講 Jimming , 他是一個很友善貼心及平易近人的屋主,，我地去TW 正值颱風尼伯特走近，Jimming 多次提醒我們最新消息，更不時為我地安排行程。他們兩夫妻猶如爸媽般關心我們。 再講住處，可能我地一行也出身住hk公屋或居屋，而家jimming 的房子是高級私人樓，令我們 wow ，感覺得值得。住處位於小碧潭，屬遠離市中心，正因此有世外桃園之美，四周只有數層高樓，更可俯瞰平房和河景，及遠眺域市山景，份外寫意。屋内設備齊全，乾淨整潔。對於我們來說，可配dream home 之名。 If u are a overseas visitor, u may not understand the above. It, however, is a wonderful choice for ur dwelling in TW. It provides a good view and the hosts are nice n friendly. The main reason is that u can communicate with them in English. They are good at English.

I travelled to Taipei with my family, a total of 6 members plus one baby. Jimming was very pleasant and cool. He was just as nice as he was when we were conversing on the phone. His hospitality to his place made us feel at home and cozy. Jimming's place was excellent! My family was really happy about it. There are three main rooms with a total of 6 guests capacity. I liked the concept as it was traditionally modern. The living room was spacious and the dining area was good enough. Everything was easy to use and accessible. Jimming showed us around the area after we had checked in. He also accompanied us to choose some restaurant to dine in before they leave. I like our area because it is very quiet and there are lots of convenient stores. You will also see some cute stores and cafes around the place. It is a little bit far from the main districts but still accessible via train because Xiaboitan Station is just next to Jimming's place. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you for being such a great host, Jimming!

My family and I had a marvelous stay at Jimming's apartment at Xiobitan. Here are the things we loved about it: 1. A very new building with doorman and secured door entry which made us feel very safe 2. MRT is right below the building which makes it super convenient to get into the hub of Taipei (30 minutes to Taipei 101!) 3. Restaurants, convenience stores are right downstairs which makes it great to get hot breakfast in the morning 4. Apartment is very spacious and the view is great! It really made us feel at home, especially with it equipped with modern appliances. Hot water pot really made my day :) Most importantly, host Jimming and his wife are super nice and attentive to details. They are very responsive every step of the way, including booking, providing detail guides for check in and local attractions, and personally welcoming us and showing us how to operating the many modern appliances they have so we can feel right at home. Jimming can be reached very easily and quick to respond to questions and needs. We had an issue with the dishwasher and they were quick to come and address it. When I look for an Airbnb place, my top 3 criteria are reviews, costs, and safety. Jimming's apartment has met all my criteria and exceed my expectation in every way. Thank you, Jimming, for accepting us into your beautiful home and helping made our trip to Taipei so memorable without all the stress of traveling and staying at a hotel. We look forward to coming back again in the future.

Jimming is a professional host. He and his wife are very nice and good in English. It was amazing that he sent a Guest’s Supplement Guide Book with photo to me by email. He let me know everything one week before check in. When I told him I rented a car and drove by myself from Taipei Airport, he then waited for me outside the entrance and brought me to the under-ground private parking. The location is convenient and no traffic jam, to Yilan 1 hour, to Zoo 20 minute, to National Palace Museum 35 minute, to Wulai 30 minute. It is good for individual driving traveler. The apartment is new, clean, warm and comfortable. You can get everything you need inside the apartment, just like at home. My family lived 5 days and had a good rest and sleep. I’ll be back for sure.
