Julien was kind, generally available and helpful. The place is very cozy and well situated. It's very quiet ( stayed in December) and I slept very well. Though it isn't always easy to tell what time it is or what the weather is, the feeling and decoration of the home is wonderful. A perfect place for a short or a long stay.

Cannot recommend Julien’s place enough. Everything was absolutely incredible, the space, the location, the amenities. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Very close to both St Germain de Pres and Mabillon metro lines and right in the heart of a bustling area with plenty of restaurants / shops / things to see. Despite it being very centrally located, the noise was never a problem as the place is tucked away on a smaller side street. Very random thing to mention but the bedroom was fantastic, no noise whatsoever and completely blacked out when curtains were drawn. Julien was a great host, always very responsive and helpful. To anyone planning on spending an extended time in Paris, or even just a couple of days, you cannot go wrong with this place. Easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in!

Julien's place is absolutely perfect. The location in the heart of the 6th makes getting around a breeze. The apt is convenient to cafes, patisseries, a grocery store, and art galleries for those so inclined. Bd Saint Germain has multiple stores for anything else. The apt itself is wonderful. The living area is fairly large by Parisian standards and quite comfortable. The kitchen has more than adequate space for cooking, prepping, and cleaning up. It also has a fridge, assorted pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The bathroom has a great shower and the bedroom has a very comfortable bed. And for a 30 day stay, the washing machine and drying rack were indispensable. As host, Julien was fantastic. Although out of town, he checked in when I got there and was available by text for anything. I would recommend Julien's place to anyone who needs to be in Paris for a month or two. I’m only sorry I didn’t make a reservation for two months instead of one.

We had a wonderful stay at Julien’s apartment. A wonderful location with many opportunities to discover and explore Paris and all it has to offer. Julien was always avail able to answer our questions in a timely manner and his friend Denis was very helpful and available to make sure the apartment was in working order upon our arrival and during our stay. We would love to return and enjoy Paris again very soon.

Fabulous location and the perfect little apartment. Stayed the month of August 2022 and didn't want to leave. We purchased a month long transportation pass for $75 each and took subways trains and busses everywhere from this Fabulous location. Also it was a pretty hot month but the 2 fans in the apartment kept us plenty cool.
