The condo was spacious and light. The pool is perfect and gym suitable. The location for bts, food and drink is fantastic. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect space in a a perfect place. Staying at Abe and Jess’s was a delight! The apartment itself is extremely well equipped with all the amenities one could ask for (including a coffee maker, smoothie machine, and washer/dryer!). Bed was super comfortable with lots of natural light in the daytime. The condo is very secure with a lovely pool to relax in on a hot day. The location in Ari cannot be best. Just moments away from BTS, cafes, restaurants, and shops in one of the most trendy and nontouristic areas in Bangkok. Abe and Jess were also wonderful hosts, very responsive and conscientious. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible!

I stayed at Abe's apartment for 4 days with 2 friends. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, many thanks to Dominic with all of his tips for tourists. The location is only a couple of steps to BTS Ari. The house is nice, cosy and fully equipped with all essential home appliances. Safety of the aparment and its neighborhood is also another pros. There are also many good food stalls, shops and restaurants in its neighborhood. I would strongly recommend this for a family/group trip of 3-4 people

I stayed 7 nights with my wife and baby: 1. Location is perfect. Steps to BTS Ari, literally. 2. Host was really responsive and helpful! No issues. 3. Clean and spacious room. Nothing was missing. Even they had baby stroller, umbrella and toys! 4. Well-managed swimming pool with separate toddler pool! 5. Security gaurds were so warm to our kid and we learned Thai to say hello to them. 6. Finally, you will also love BTS Ari, the street foods for commuters, cafes, restaurants. We will miss this place for long. And thanks to the host finally and privately, for kindly helping us to retrieve some items we left behind even after we checked out making some mess with the room!
