Сергей живёт рядом, может подсказать много местных лайфхаков, также может помочь с транспортом. В целом, очень приятно и комфортно было сотрудничать, рекомендую всем.
Sergi was very helpful and allowed my family and I to book and check in the same day. His home was quite comfortable and had many different and helpful amenities. I did have to temporarily remove some sensual pictures from the bathroom as I didn’t want my kids to see them, but everything else about our stay was great. I would say it’s location and convenience of access to the beach we’re the outstanding elements of this booking. Sergi also offered a very fair price for the location and amenities offered.
Amazing host, beautiful apartment. Was a super host went above and beyond. Sergie was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, one of the best host's I have met.
Sergei is a great host. The apartment is beautiful and clean as in the photos with a nice view of the sea. The owner tries his best and whenever we needed something he was willing to help us immediately. We will definitely come back here for a family vacation, I highly recommend it.Thank for everything

Worth to visit in the area:
10 minutes drive to Bogaz, the beautiful village with its marina, beach and several fish restaurants where you can enjoy your meal sitting right by the sea.
10 minutes drive to Salamis where you will be inspired by Roman ruins including the Theatre with 50 rows of seat, the Gymnasium with its colonnaded Palaestra, the bath, numerous statues, little bits of mosaic.
Spend a great time at Kaya Artemis Resort and Casino 5* (30 min to drive) where you can buy a whole or a half day ticket and use all the amenities of this luxurious hotel including it's aqua park (with a separate part for the little kids), pools and a beautiful golden beach and a have a splendid dinner (swedish table) with a rich choice of various meals and drinks included.
Visit Famagusta (15 minutes drive) - main city on the eastern coast with a lot of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, where you can walk around the narrow streets in old town, shop for souvenirs or jewellery, have a cup of Turkish coffee and a tasty kebab. Famagusta has a very rich history through the several civilizations and a place of great historic attractions including the Walls of the Old City with Othello tower and Sea Gate (climb the stairs of the Wall for a great views), ghost town Varosha, Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque (former St Nicholas Cathedral), the old Royal Palace and numerous churches, St. Barnabas Monastery and Icon Museum.
20 minutes drive to Bafra with its casinos (also there is a casino in Salamis), hotels and marina.
You can also have a trip to the mountains to Kantara Castle (30 min to drive) with it's breathtaking views of both seasides of the Cyprus or visit Karpaz Peninsula nature reserve (wild donkey and sea turtles protection area) with it's famous golden beach and Apostolos Andreas Monastery.

(transfer from Ercan will cost 45 Euros and from Larnaca 55 Euros for a standard car and can be ordered on request)
There is also a bus service between Ercan airport and Famagusta.
From Larnaca airport you can get by taxi or on a rented car.
There is a minibus service several times a day from Long Beach (bus stop is 200 meters away) to Iskele and Famagusta.
