We loved staying here. Damian is a very friendly and helpful host. The location is great with quick access on foot to the lovely town centre, a sea view plus parking. The house is well equipped, comfortable and cosy. The space is full of light from both front and back and has been beautifully designed. For us it was an added bonus to have a piano to play and a perfect garden for hiding Easter eggs! We hope to be back

Damian's house was exactly what we were hoping for, cozy, homely, secure, well located in a quiet little street, nice sea views and bordering onto the mountain with beautiful indigenous vegetation. The house is within easy walking distance from all the main attractions in Kalkbay. Damian was a great host even whilst being out of town, as he kept communicating with us whenever we needed assistance. We would definitely consider staying here again in future!

I adored every moment at Damian’s abode! It’s was like a home away from home...spacious and stylish, and so incredibly kitted. I didn’t stray too much from the fire, and it was just dreamy gazing out to the ocean and feeling so close to nature; yet in the cool, vibey village of Kalk Bay! Damian was so thorough and immediately available if I required anything; and his divine Mum set me up and checked me out so beautifully. What a gem, and a total treat during my Cape Town stay! I shall return ;-) Gratitude guys, your place & hospitality is above and beyond. Emilie

This is a charming cottage with lovely outdoor areas overlooking the sea or nestled in the terraced garden. Best part was the short walk to all the great shops, restaurants, and beaches of Kalk Bay and surrounding areas. Easy drives to things slightly further afield, too (Cape Point National Park, Simons Town, Silvermine Nature Reserve, etc.). Damian is a fantastic host - very responsive and flexible. Our family of four had a wonderful week here.
