Starting from the top there is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds in and good views, a smaller double bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower cubicle. On the 1st floor there is another very large double bedroom and a smaller double bedroom, again with views. There is a bathroom with toilet, bidet, vanity wash basin and enclosed shower are also on this floor. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with cooker ,fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster and also a lounge. Entrance to the house is via stone steps which lead up to the elevated garden.This entrance has a light at the bottom of the stairs , just in case you arrive home late. Free parking is available 20 meters from the property. There is an upper car park and a lower car park. I am looking after this property for a local resident , who speaks no English and is not computer literate , but I hope to teach her soon. I live in the main village of San Cassiano and will be totally on hand to "meet & greet " and deal with any problems. For the cooler months a pellet stove has been installed which heats up the entire house quite quickly. Spare sacks of pellets are in the cantina where the washing machine is also kept. There is a new brick/stone BBQ and a wooden gazebo complete with table. The jacuzzi is normally open from around the last week in May until mid September. For the cooler months in the lounge there is a super pellet stove , which not only heats downstairs , but also pushes warm air up into the bedrooms. *** Please note: Tourist tax is 1 euro pp per night for the first 5 nights, free after that Children under 14 yrs of age are free This will be collected in cash by the owner *** Sacks of pellets are 6 euros per 15kg sack extra to be paid to the owner before departure in the cooler months.
