We had five adults and five kids (4-10) stay at Toni’s place. It was a lovely experience. Toni met us near the house and led us there and then gave us all the details we needed. He was a really nice person and host. The house was recently beautifully and tastefully renovated. All the bedrooms we used had air conditioning which was fantastic. It is on a beautiful piece of land in a beautiful area with straightforward access to the entire island. Views of the Med, a gorgeous pool, and plenty of outdoor seating for our dinners. Make sure to access the top terrace of the house for some amazing 360 degree views. In short, it was one of our most memorable AirBNB stays in an amazing house, with a superb host and you should stay there too. Thanks Toni!

Toni’s place is nestled amongst fig, pomegranate and carob trees on the side of a hill near Sant Llorenc with unspoiled views all around. 5 of the 7 bedrooms have access to a terrace or patio, which is helpful for breakaway space when you’re in a large group; and 4 bedrooms share two bathrooms, plus there’s a ground floor toilet. We enjoyed our time here as part of a multigenerational family celebration, but cars are a must because of the location, which is ideal for exploring the local villages, including Sant Llorenc, Arta and Son Severa. The pool space, although stunning, feels a little unsafe for younger guests because of the way it’s built up - with 1m drops to the sides into rocky farmland. There is no air conditioning here, and it would be unfair to not mention how uncomfortable it was in the heat trying to sleep or get ready. However, being outside and admiring the stars in the dark night sky was one of the highlights of our stay, where sometimes it was much cooler, or jumping into the pool for a nighttime swim to cool down. The pool lights are on a 30 minute timer that you need to press, they’re not automatic (or near to the pool for that matter). We did however encounter serious issues during our stay which meant we were left without basic amenities (electricity and water) on two separate and prolonged periods of 4-7 hours. There were no back-up plans in place (the host maintains that this hasn’t happened before). So we were left in the complete darkness, meaning we had to go out to find flashlights or candles in nearby towns, and without running water or the ability to flush toilets. This was down to a fault with the oven in the kitchen, which rendered it unusable for the duration of our stay, meaning we struggled to prepare food for the group of 18. Instead of isolating through the fuse board, it knocked out everything and the generator didn’t kick in as it should’ve. Whilst Toni was apologetic, he offered us nothing in return for our poor experience, although we gave him good opportunity to do so, remaining polite and courteous towards him all the time. Checkout was unclear and there were no instructions from the host at all or anything in the form of an information pack, which we find unusual for an Airbnb having stayed in many through the years. There are several exit and entry points into the villa, but from those on the ground floor, we found it easier to keep one because the handles were loose on the doors, causing one slight injury. In spite of this, we had a lovely time as a large family group of 10 adults and 8 children for a week

Super schöne Villa mit ruhiger Lage. Die Villa entspricht den Bildern und bietet eine super Umgebung für erholsame& ruhige Ferien. Strände & Städte in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Kommunikation mit Toni ist eifach, unkompliziert und man erhält innert kürzester Zeit eine Antwort.

We had a wonderful stay with 14 people in this finca. There is a lot of space and everything is exactly as it’s written and shown here. The view over the country (you can also see the sea) is very special and unique. The rooms were really clean and the beautiful kitchen had everything we needed for dinner & breakfast. The communication with Toni was just perfect. He greeted us personally and we could reach him at all times. The location is quiet and a bit remote, but you can reach shops and nice beaches in short time. We would definitely come back, everybody loved it.
