the text in the description of the accommodation gives the wrong impression of the immediate proximity of the sea, views of the surrounding islands at sunset, etc. it caused unpleasant disappointment, difficult negotiations and the search for a solution. I was moved to a bungalow right by the sea in Ao Nam. It was more expensive, so I shortened the originally eight-day stay to three nights. It was in an extremely beautiful location. Since I was without a car and unable to drive anything, I was dependent on importing food. Mr. Charin's employees do not understand English well, but they are extremely kind and caring. Third day came Mr.Charin that he will pick up us afternoon. I thought for some small trip as day before did the staff.he took us on a sightseeing boat trip to the bay for an opulent dinner. I paid everything the next day. it was unexpected and unordered for me. On the day of departure, we took part in a half-day boat trip aroundthe islands and it was wonderful(!).

I really enjoyed my stay at Lanlay Homestay. It was all I'd expected, right in the middle of the jungle and far away from the tourist areas. It's a great place if you're looking to relax and enjoy the serenity of nature. Mr Charin was very kind and helpful. He invited me to join in the group trips to the different islands, mangrove forests etc. The staff had delicious meals prepared so we could have picnics on the beach or by a fishing village. I had a great time seeing all the beautiful places of Krabi. The only drawback is that the beach is not close by so if you are looking for a beach holiday then you should be prepared to travel to the nearby beach AoNang which is around 2 hours from Mr. Charins place. Other than that a perfect budget friendly place with good breakfast and dinner is also available on request. WiFi is perfect as t the restaurant area which is also perfect for just relaxing and soaking in the sun!

This place is outstanding! It's located in a little forest, therefore during hot days you can enjoy in shadow and relax. Every morning I received delicious breakfast with tea and coffee as much as I wanted. And the food the cook is brilliant. Furthermore the tours organized were unique, not like standard you can get in Phuket and more popular Phanga spots and the price is much lower! I strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants relax far from crowd and big cities.
