Such a charming place with an outdoor kitchen, a massive garden filled with chickens and stylish interiors. The hosts are lovely people and always happy to assist. It’s moments from some key tourist attractions in Slovenia and also very close to Trieste. We had a wonderful week - and everyone from the kids to the seniors enjoyed the villa.
Lovely old house that has been extensively remodeled. The location is quite rural but easy to get to,as long as you have GPS. It was less than a 30 minute drive to the Italian coast near Trieste and to Piran. Many tiny villages close but and some truly exceptional restaurants. Be sure to purchase any food for breakfasts, etc before you arrive as there are no real markets nearby Andre and Susana were very nice and helpful with local sightseeing ideas and arrangements. Be sure to tour the nearby Skocjan caves. Incredible!

Our family of 6 (3 generations) had a wonderful stay at ASA Residence. We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival with wine and some snacks. The house is perfectly located for exploring the Karst region (caves, vineyards, Lipizzaner horses, etc.) and is in a beautiful country setting. The house was exactly as described - very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Suzana and Andre also cooked us two delicious dinners with local specialties - you must let them cook for you during your stay! They were some of the best meals we had. My daughter loved collecting the eggs from the chickens and feeding carrots to the rabbit, and we also took the bikes out one evening for a ride through the vineyards. A truly special stay in Slovenia for our family, made even better by our wonderful hosts who were always available. Highly recommended.
Both the host and hostess were vert friendly and gave us a tour of the home and provided detail info about the surrounding county side. They were very helpful in giving suggestions on areas to visit and what one might view of interest at those locations. The tour of the house ended in some refreshments in the wine seller of the facility. A bit of cheese/crackers/wine/spirits were enjoyable.

Hi! My name is Suzana and I am in love with Vila ASA, the residence was the property of my ancestors, my father was born here and with that, they passed all the love for the breath-taking Karst. We decided to host Vile ASA with the aim of offering our guests something special and authentic. My life purpose is to make people happy and offer a relaxed and calm vacation in the nature. I am hard working, precise, tidy and positive person. I appreciate good taste. I like to explore life, but personally most of the time I like to travel to the same place where I feel the positive energy. I believe that contact with nature is very important, as well as quality nutrition, so I research old culinary dishes and then I happily transfer them on the modern way. Roses are my passion, so I garden by the biodynamic method. Do not hesitate to contact me and ask me anything. :)
