Very nice apartment well connected to the center. The apartment is well equipped and has a great balcony and view, as can be seen in the pictures. The apartment also has an underground garage that is connected to the apartment by an elevator.
I've been to Hungary many times, but it became my favorite apartment. The room is very sunny and it feels very nice on a sunny day. Also, it snowed during our stay, but the heater worked very well and I didn't feel cold. And when I go to Hungary, I always get confused about how to use the washing machine, but I could use the washing machine here easily. The parking lot was very close to the elevator, so it was really convenient for us who have a lot of luggage. I met the residents of the apartment several times in the elevator, and they were all very nice. It was a comfortable apartment for everything anyway, so next time I go to Hungary, I want to stay at Rita's apartment again.
Naša kratka posjeta predivnoj Budimpešti uistinu je bila upotpunjena ovim posebnim stanom. Ono što mi se najviše dopalo jeste sama energija u stanu koja je smirujuća, detalji koji su pažljivo odabrani (biljke, osvjetljenje, svijeće, razglas za muziku) omogućuju vam da se potpuno opustite. Imala sam priliku uživati uz čaj, slušajući jazz i gledajući u udaljena svjetla grada. Tokom dana stan je bio potpuno osunčan, što nam je jako prijalo, jer je vani bilo jakooooo hladno. Krevet je udoban, jastuci također, ormar ima dovoljno prostora za odjeću. Kuhinja je odlično opremljena, svo posuđe i ostali dodatci za spremanje jela. Toalet i kupaonica su prostrani i praktični. Za nas je parking bio win/win uz ovakav stan. Garaža i parking na ulici su dostupni na par koraka hoda. Idite na bus broj 5 jednu stanicu, presjednite na metro 2 i za tri stanice ste direktno kod Parlamenta. Sve je vrhunski uvezano i blizu. City Park (must see!)je na 5min autom od stana, pješke 15-20. Situated in the charming neighborhood of Istvánmező, our apartment boasts a prime location near Keleti Railway Station. Just a mere 500 meters away is the renowned Városliget Park, which is one of the biggest and the most beautiful parks of Budapest.
SUGGESTED ACTIVITIES:
• Doing double axels on Műjégpálya Ice-Skating Rink during the wintertime. (It is the largest and one of the oldest ice rinks in Europe.)
• Rent a boat and show your row skill on the Városliget Lake in the summertime.
• Dabbling in one of the 21 pools of the Széchenyi Thermal Bath during the year.
• Petting animals in Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden.
• Be artsy fartsy at Kunsthalle, contemporary art museum.
• Do a picnic under the trees of Városliget Park.
Our apartment is situated in the Istvánmező district, a mere 2,5 km away from the city center. If leisurely strolling isn’t for you, or need a rest after a day of sightseeing, convenient public transport is close at hand:
• Buses 5, 7, 110, and 112 are just a 2-3 min walk
• Metros 3 and 4 are within a 10 min stroll
• Keleti Railway Station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot
• Night buses (907, 973) run every 15 minutes throughout the night
