Great location right next to Wels. Perfect for work traveler so you don't have to stay in a hotel. Super close if driving to work and but also there are walking paths and a pedestrian bridge across the river as well. I loved jogging on the river paths and walking to dinner. Having a small kitchen was perfect for breakfast, snacks and a dinner if you just want to stay in some night. There are lots of good restaurants close and Ann will provide recommendations if you want. Wels has a diverse palate for food from traditional Schnitzel, to Italian, greek, Turkish or an Asian flair. Lots of places to explore from small hiking towns with authentic Austrian restaurants to large cities like Salzburg and Vienna just over an hour away. Ann was super nice and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Wels.
The flat looks like on the pictures and everything was clean. The mattress is firm and the location is quiet. Perfect for a good nights sleep! The shower is also very nice and has good water pressure. Next to a washer/dryer setup, Ann provided a laundry rack as well. The parking spot is also always available. All around great amenities! Ann is respectful and very kind. She regularly inquired if I have everything I needed. Communication was easy and quite relaxed.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unser Gastgeberin und auch mit dem Apartment. Die Wohnung und auch der Garten inklusive dem Pool ist ein perfekter Ort um abzuschalten und einfach mal zu genießen. Nur zu empfehlen.
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht,es fehlte uns in dieser Wohnung an nix. Die Vermieterin ist eine ganz Liebe. Wer mit Hund anreist,einfach ideal,kleiner Garten mit Schwimmteich und gleich aus der Haustür raus lässt es sich prima Gassigehen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Holger, Kerstin und Hund Paul
Alles super! Schöne Wohnung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, super Lage. Mein Kollege war beruflich vor Ort und trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten unsererseits mit dem Check-In (verschobene Termine, etc.) hat alles gut geklappt und die Kommunikation mit Ann war sehr gut.

We (myself and my 4 children) have lived in our lovely home for 3 years now. We came originally from the U.S.Virgin Islands, and have lived in Austria for 11 years. Since my oldest daughter (who lived in the apartment) moved to Florence, Italy to study, we now have this wonderful, amazing space available to rent. We have a wonderful garden (many veggies, fruit trees, flowers); we live right on a bike path which goes on for endless kilometers; the Traun river is directly behind our house;Thalheim bei Wels is a lovely community nestled between Salzburg and Vienna in the rolling hills of upper Austria.We are only minutes away (by foot or bike) from the Trade Fairground Center (Exhibition Center or Messegelände in German) in Wels, which holds weekly and monthly exhibits, from farming equipment to trade school information, car shows and air shows to housebuilding information. We are 30 min. away from many fantastic ski areas, and hiking and biking is amazing here!The Austrian alps begin 20 minutes from our house! The Linz airport is 30 min. away.The apartment is quiet (we are upstairs); we have 2 large dogs (Golden Retriever and Gordon Setter---both lovely and relaxed), 2 cats and 2 rabbits, so children love it here!! It is truly a magical space!
