Terry was in her driveway when we pulled up and welcomed us and our big dog, Kara with open arms. We put our bags in her spacious ground floor apartment (where she had already left a bed for our dog!) and she immediately showed us around the community. Terry is a former middle-school science teacher and knows all of the flora and fauna of her exceptional ecosystem. We walked down the steps that are built into the cliff's ravines and onto a narrow, beautiful beach right on the Chesapeake Bay. During our short stay, we visited the beach 3 times, and walked and let Kara play fetch. The neighborhood was just as interesting and we spent time walking and enjoying the varying architecture of the cliff houses and the lovely gardens. The apartment was comfortable, with a queen bed, a bath, a living room, and a kitchen. Terry made sure we had coffee for the next morning. She had previously asked about our breakfast preferences and served us a delicious meal in the morning. She also gave us dog-friendly restaurants to try and they were both great. I highly recommend Terry's place; we had everything we needed plus a host who was willing to share her knowledge of beautiful Southern Maryland with us! We will definitely return.

Terry was a lovely, warm and welcoming host! She was accommodating for our two dogs and gave us a ton of information on the area for us to explore. She made us a fantastic breakfast in the morning and had invited us to go sailing however we had to decline due to our schedule that day. The description of everything was on point and I would definitely stay with Terry again!
