Very cozy place , close to nature , river and hiking trails - best setup to unplug do the digital detox, host is very responsive and helpful. I would come again there in summer I hope

Amazing beautiful place, so peaceful and magical. So much walking and beautiful nature to enjoy nearby. The house itself was perfect, the gardens were lovely, and the hosts went above and beyond for us, even helping us screw back in our number plate that we lost. The only bad part about this whole experience was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much !

If we enjoyed Bulgaria, Rila and Pirin park during our trip, Kalofer and this place was by far the best and most magical we’ve been! Amazing area in the middle of the Balcan National park, walking distance from some of the best hikes we did in this Country, really worth! We had cows, horses, turtles and other animals in our garden basically, and our kids loved it! And on top of it we totally felt home thanks for the great hospitality of the hosts, we spent a week but we wish we could stay 1 month. We totally recommend this place to a family or couples looking to escape the city or just a quite place in the nature. Maybe a bit less comfortable with small babies or for older people, but totally worth for everyone else! Thanks again, hope to be back soon again!

We had a wonderful time at this pretty villa with our children . The villa's location is ideal for leisurely nature walks and idyllic riverside picnics. The garden is perfect for playing relaxing and BBQ. The overall cleanliness and pleasant ambiance of the place added to our positive experience. It's worth noting that while the two main bedrooms are situated next to each other, they do not share a connecting door. Both rooms open up to the outdoor balcony, which could be slightly less convenient for families with young children who might awaken during the night. Krasimiras' parents were very kind and helpful, contributing to the warmth of our stay. We hope to come again someday!!

This villa is amazing! As many wrote before, it much better than the photos. It lets you to disconnect from the world, and to be with your family within the nature and enjoy the silence. The owners extremely hospital, they speak only Bulgarian, but will try patiently to explain and show everything, and if needed Krasimira will answer you immediately. The place has all the amenities that you will need. It was very helpful that Krasimira and the owners installed washing machine, which makes this place even more comfortable. I would recommend (Krasimira also mentions it) to buy groceries for several days in Karlovo. The road from Kalofer to villa is mountain road and quite bumpy and takes time, and if you have an option to do it via SUV, it will be helpful, however you can make it with sedan car as well (like we did). I would definitely return to this place and highly recommend it!
