作为中国去美国旅游，旺季选择了Sam家的房子，房间是独立进出的带卫生间，房间很干净，整栋房还带游泳池，房东很热情的邀请我们去游泳，就是美国人英语语速好快啊，交流有点困难啊，还好有家人在那边可以聊啊

Sam一家人热情友好，房间干净整洁，后院是我们休闲娱乐活动的好场所，小主人tino和我儿子玩的不亦乐乎，还分享了他的很多玩具。周边交通购物都很方便。

Staying at Dino’s place for our baby moon was an absolute delight! Place is as described and the backyard with the landscaping, koi ponds, and pool was stunningly gorgeous! Dino showed us around his yard and recommended some locations for us to visit. We also got visits from his adorable dog at times which we enjoyed. His place was a perfect launching pad for us to branch out and explore around us and then coming back to the house to wind down and relax. Thanks Dino for a great stay!

Super accueil et super logement. Dino a été très accueillant et très chaleureux. Nous avons eu accès à la piscine chauffée, au spa et à toute la terrasse comprenant le bassin avec les poissons et le hamac. Tout cela rien que pour nous!! C’est un petit coin de paradis avec beaucoup de verdure et de plantations. Je recommande vraiment.

This property is described as an apartment but it’s not it’s a guest house on his property. Which it’s no privacy he has a dog running the property company coming and going wall thin you can hear them at night could not enjoy the amenities I signed up for due to the dog in the back yard then to top it off the lounge pool chairs was so dirty & filled with dirt you can not utilize them pool and jacuzzi filled with filthy water that’s never chanced was very upset especially booked to enjoy those things so disappointed it was my sister birthday and we stayed in the house the entire time unless we left out. You have to let people know this is a guest house and you have a dog otherwise I would not have booked this I would have went elsewhere…. The room sleeps up to 3 not 4 it’s a queen bed and a futon…. Besides all of that the room was cleaned and well kept but that yard needs some TLC
