Maison pratique et fonctionnel dans quartier calme, couchage à disposition avec linge de lit fournis (1lit double, 1 canapé lit double, 1 canapé lit simple) sauna, piscine (serviettes de bain à disposition) billard à disposition sans supplément. Prévenir le propriétaire environ 1h à l’avance pour l’allumage du sauna.

Host was nice and helpful. The guest house is in front of host house but we felt comfortable as it is the back yard. Location is away from the city, quiet and nice for longer stay as it has pool and grill equipment!

This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

The listing wasn’t clear on stating that this property is in the garden of other bigger house where the host and his mom live, meaning no privacy for you - this should have been shown on the photos. Sauna and jacuzzi are not included in the price. But the biggest issue for me was that the water is not drinkable and not clean, it was never stated in the description, and there was snails issue in the sauna. It’s easy to find property on Google Maps, but the road leading to it has many holes. The host and his mom super friendly and helpful. Igor offered us sauna as a bonus for free. Overall I enjoyed my stay there but was majorly disappointed with inaccurate description and photos initially when I arrived.
