I stayed at Deb's and Kimo's for a month. The room was as described, comfortable bed and space to store all my belongings. All common spaces and household appliances are shared so I very much felt like home. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house is located in North Davis, lots of greenbelts and parks to walk to and enjoy the scenery. There are two bus stops nearby that lead you to UC Davis or downtown. Overall, I had a great experience. Thanks Deb and Kimo! Hope we meet again.
I stayed with Deb and Kimo for four weeks. They are kind, friendly and provide such a nice place. It feels like a home when I stay with them. The place is really clean and cozy, just looks like photos. It’s safe and quiet place. Deb and Kimo always help me a lot. I have a wonderful externship experience. Hope someday we can meet each other again!
Very nice place! I only stayed 3 weeks, but you can easily stay here for months. James and his wife are very friendly, open, helpful and interested. You feel very welcome from the beginning. The room is small but perfectly fine. The bathroom is shared with another guest. You can use the living room, kitchen, pool and everything you like.
I stayed with Kimo and Deb for four weeks before moving into my new apartment. Kimo was very communicative and understanding through the Airbnb messenger even before my check-in. The place is really clean and cozy, just as it looks in the photos. It's a safe, quiet neighborhood. Kimo and Deb were always friendly and I loved chatting with them after school. I was able to use the refrigerator and the kitchen which was wonderful because I liked to eat at home. Kimo even offered me a piece of his fresh blueberry muffin one day and I thought that was super sweet (and the taste was fantastic too)! I was really comfortable during my stay and it was bittersweet to say goodbye on my last day. I highly recommend this place! It almost feels like home. You'll love this place and the lovely couple.

Hello from the Kimokeos! We are retired; Kimo from the USDA Forest Service and Deb from the local school district. We enjoy travel and meeting people from all walks of life. We have a special place in our hearts for international students and travelers. Kimo is Native Hawaiian, a nature lover , enjoys reading non fiction, biographies and memoirs.Deb is a dual citizen of Italy and the USA, and enjoys aquacise, reading and writing. We both love walking the greenbelts and biking throughout the town. We love to laugh, eat, and be merry! Come join us! WELCOME!!!
