The Villa was amazing. Such a perfect location and had everything we needed. Staff were great too and we can’t wait to come back.

Location 10/10! About 14 steps & you enter the villa but filtered views to the ocean & Mt Agung. Close to restaurants & warungs for meals. Villa amenities 10/10! 3 seperate ensuite bedrooms (1 up a flight of steep steps outside), open air living area & kitchen. Coffee machine & basic breakfast supplies, eggs & bread for toasting. Large filtered water changed whenever required. Staff 10/10! Gede was wonderful with any enquiries. He organised scooters, tuk tuk & will help with any requests. Other staff very helpful & carried our bags on arrival & departure. Cleanliness 5/10. Towels are only changed every 4 days if staying more then 4 days. We had to request clean bath towels on day 4. Bathrooms not cleaned during our stay, under lounge, living area & kitchen floor not mopped during our 5 night stay. If mire effort was put into cleaning the villa internally I would give it a 10/10. NO room/villa safe! Only use of office safe which can only be accessed between 8am-4pm when staff presen
