We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was easily within biking distance to downtown Beaufort but so peaceful and quiet. Also pretty close to hunting island state park and Port Royal. The place was clean, had everything we needed including a park pass that we used to get in to hunting Beach. Loved every bit of it!!

We had a truly excellent stay with Steve & Dana. They’re impeccable hosts, and went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. They welcomed us into their space as if we were their longtime friends. The guest home was so clean, accommodating and stocked with snacks, coffee, and waters. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious and the bathroom was very tidy and had plenty of toiletries. We’d love to come visit them again, and really appreciate their hospitality and genuine kindness.

Captain Steve has a great spot if you are visiting Beaufort! It was a quick and easy drive to Hunting Island State Park and the town of Beaufort is just a short walk/drive over the bridge (it's only a one-mile walk into town). Would definitely return if I was visiting Beaufort again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect! Had everything we needed and more. Steve was so much fun! We ended up booking a last minute fishing charter with him and he was the best Captain! We caught some trout flounder and red fish! So much fun! Definitely recommend!

Such a great time! Peaceful getaway. Loved being able to ride bikes to the park and across the bridge to downtown! Didn’t have to get in the traffic. Steve was so helpful in providing flexible check in, bikes, and restaurant recommendations. Loved being able to go to the State Park too! The place was so quiet and away from the busy downtown. Ten out of ten.
