房子很大，有6个房间，室内装潢时尚，从房子到珀斯CBD路程约15分钟。美中不足的是每个房间都不是套房。

Whilst our stay was comfortable and the house spacious, it did not come without hiccups. We were shocked to find that a homeless person was sleeping on the car pouch on our second day as the front gates don't have a lock, making the property accessible to the public. Our rental car got vandalised and I had to call the police. The host's initial response was "call the police" and "the prior guest used cable ties to lock the gate" to my shock. The hosts only got a handyman to fix a temporary lock after I flagged that the property and cars were getting vandalised. It seemed like this was maybe a prior issue. We had to buy extra padlocks and bike chains at Bunnings to ensure the dates were secure at night. The internet wasn't even connected to the cables and we had to reconnect it ourselves. The poster for the internet has the wrong network nake, so we had to try a few until we found the right one.

Great place to stay. Close to anything you need. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Dean and his team were very responsive from booking to checkout. Particularly helpful with small issues we had during our stay. Just some tiny issues to take note of. There are steps at the main entrance and within the house even on the ground level, this would be a bit inconvenient for seniors. There are 4 bedrooms without aircon but they provided fans for these. There is an aircon in the living area on the ground level and at the top of the stairs on the first level. The bedrooms upstairs can become quite hot during summer afternoons. The locks on the bathroom doors do not lock properly. They can still be opened although locked on the inside. It was ok for us as a family group but may be inconvenient for an all-friends group. Shampoo and soap provided were not enough to last the group for the week we were there. They provided 1 set of travel size shampoo, soap and body lotion for each bathroom. We also missed the gate when we arrived. 1 set of keys and gate remote was provided.
