Location is pretty good for BTS and business district access. Place was a lot smaller than expected, more pictures of the place need to be added. Good amenities overall but don’t believe this place is setup for Airbnb appropriately - felt more like an after thought. Host is really nice and responsive just needs to focus more on the little details of the location and the Airbnb ad.

David’s room at Quad Sathon is well located and on a relatively quiet street very close to central business district of Bangkok. David introduced the room very much in detail and he was approachable all the time. Best part for me was plenty of equipment and furnitures in the room. Tv, washing machine in the balcony, comfy bed with clean sheets, modular pieces of tables and shelves along with electrical devices like egg boiler, toaster, kettle, electric stove, hair dryer, handheld iron, regular iron and a few more. The condo overall is quiet nice and well maintained. There is security and car park at the entrance. Finally, I would like to recommend David to upload more photos and description on the listing page. My only little disappointment was that floor cleaning was not done before I checked in but guess what: You will have handheld vacuum cleaner. I did it myself in 10 minutes. Plus you may notice stains here and there but it was not a big deal for me. Thanks David!

David is the best host we have come across. He came to meet our family who live in Bangkok and helped us to move our bags there when we came to the end of our stay. He is thoughtful, knowledgable, considerate, and really interesting. He takes his obligation to guests seriously and had bought some new bedding for us when the bedding that was there was perfectly adequate. We had a feeling that he would do anything to help out. The kitchen is small but David has been clever and resourced it with holster, rice cooker, toaster, waffle/sandwich maker. The building has a roof terrace with a 360 view of Sathon. It’s nice to sit up there and chat on a hot Bangkok evening. It’s just off a main road so it’s not noisy at night and the local veg shops are essential for vegans. We will come back when we can.

Nice cozy place in a great neighborhood with very local vibes. David is not just a very kind and accommodating host, he’s also great to hang out with. The room has everything you’d need for an extended stay, and the wifi was very fast and stable. Delicious Isaan-style street food stall is just a 2 minute walk away. Also highly recommend Nocafe for coffee and breakfast, and U’ma Family Restaurant for incredible Indian vegetarian, both very close to the apartment as well. Thank you David! Highly recommend this place!
