A bit pricey for the remote location with difficut access on a loose gravel night. Not redcommended for night driving,. Otherwise, lovely view and very clean.

Lovely cabin with amazing views, located n a beautiful spot. Hosts were excellent and provided clear directions to the lodge as well as numerous recommendations of ‘things to do.’ Cabin easily accommodated my party (x2 adults, x3 young children). The highlight for the children was the spa bath, for me it was the views from the deck. Would definately return.

We stayed at David and Becky's place for 4 nights as a base for our adventures in the Luray area. The property totally exceeded our expectations even after we already saw in the listing how beautiful the location was. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and communicated very clearly and in time to ensure our stay was most enjoyable. The place has everything you need for family stay. Our favorite thing there was to watch the sun rising above the mountains every morning right from the deck and from the living room. The nature that surrounds the property makes it feel like you are in a tree house among the birds, squirrels and the like. Walks to the nearby lake and Shenandoah river were wonderful. We wanted to get to DC, but decided to skip just so we can spend another day in and around the house. Living room is very charming. The bedrooms provided enough space for us, the kitchen was very well equipped, the bathrooms clean. We can't recommend this property and the hosts highly enough.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend getaway here! The view of the balcony was breathtaking and David and Becky’s space was perfect for a mountain vacation.
