This was the third time we’ve stay. It’s hard to beat a cozy cottage with its own pool and beautiful courtyard. It’s very close to Up Town, Midtown, The Paseo, and the Plaza District; all which have great restaurants and bars.

This place was so amazing, private pool, beautiful yard, clean space with AC and a stocked fridge. It was our little nest while we were in town! We absolutely loved it!!!

The place is lovely. The owners are friendly and helpful. We had the pool to ourselves the entire stay. The Casitia is a guesthouse that’s nicely appointed. A bedroom/living room, as big or bigger than many hotels we’ve stayed at; with book shelves a desk, TV, small fridge,K-cup coffee maker, coffee provided. Also a microwave. There’s a good size walk in closet, and a cozy bathroom with shower. This all opens up into a walled courtyard with a pool, outdoor table and chairs, and two chaise lounges with cushions that can be used as floats. Oh and a settee. The whole area is filled with plants and small trees. For us it was centrally located. The Plaza District is close, so are parts of Uptown. The Paseo is ten minutes away, and Midtown and Downtown 15 minutes. Lyfts and Ubers are easy to get. We could hang out by the pool in the afternoon, ride share to dinner, and come back for an evening dip.
