We are located 10 mins drive from the coastal village of Ballyvaughan, 20 minutes from the Cliffs of Moher and 30 mins drive from Doolin and ferry to Aran Islands. Relax at Burren Court with family and enjoy guided walks, cycling, kayaking, surfing and visit Ailwee Cave and Doolin Cave. Bunratty Castle is 1 hour drive. Shannon airport 1 hour and Galway City is 1 hour. Due to some weather, we needed to flip our vacation plans around a bit, which left us without a place to stay for 2 nights . Susan was extremely responsive in helping us quickly book the perfect room and even greeted us after our long day of traveling. The unit was lovely, clean, and organized. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer before we had to return to Dublin. Susan went out of her way to make helpful recommendations for dining out, plus even offering options for local things to do. Thank you very much, Susan! We loved every minute of our stay and hope to return someday!
Great apartment type unit with lots of room for our family of 4. Kids were happy to play with the lego provided by Susan and didnt ask once about watching netflix. We made dinners and the kitchen was great for that purpose. Great location within easy driving distance to Doolin cave, beaches and cliffs of Moher. Courtyard is also very cute and nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink (when its actually sunny!) Thanks to Susan for being the nicest host, providing us great recommendations on activities and being so welcoming to our family. Devin
Susan was very welcoming and very helpful. She had loads of recommendations of things to do and see in the area. Very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and well maintained in a very quiet peaceful place.

Burren Court is located in in the heart of the Burren, in a rural scenic area. It is a 10 minute drive to three vilages - Ballyvaughan, Kilfenora and Lisdoonvarna. There are very good cafes, pubs and restaurants in the local villages. It is less than half an hour to drive to visit the Cliffs of Moher, take a boat trip to the Aran Islands. Kayaking, rock climing and surfing are all within 15-20 minutes.
Walking and Cycling are on our doorstep, as we are on the Burren Way. Great beaches in this locality
A car or a private minibus is needed to drive around the Burren. The nearest public transport is 8km away in the village of Ballyvaughan or 8km in Lisdoonarna. There are a limited number of taxi drivers in this area, so a taxi can be booked.
