Excellent location & communication with Paddy was great. However this is a commercial letting of an apartment in the Siebel hotel not a private host so there is no personal introduction to the apartment, the neighbourhood, restaurants etc. Rather you pick up the access keys from the rental office with a list of instructions re access and rules regarding the apartment. Overall I did not think it was worth what was charged as it needs a complete refurbishment to make it feel cleaner and fresher. Having said that we had a great week's holiday in Auckland.

The location is first rate - beautiful view and easy access to many bars and great places to eat. Easy walk to CBD. Two small balconies, but great paces to sit for breakfast or drinks in the evening. Perfect size of a couple or couple with one child. Was neat, but could use a little more cleaning - particularly the dishes. There were a few obvious stains on the furniture which was a detraction. We picked up and dropped off the keys at there property managers office which is close but not that easy to find and walk to if you are not familiar with the area. Would be much better if the keys could be arranged from the front desk. Parking was very easy and convenient

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Auckland. The viaduct location is surrounded by restaurants and is a great spot to be based in the city. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable. Our host Paddy was very easy to deal with and any messages were always responded to quickly.

Thanks paddy for a great stay, buzzing area, but relatively quiet when the balcony doors are shut. Paddy was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Overall a fantastic stay.

The apartment is in a prime location and offers stunning views. At night the bustle of the bars below stays alive until a bit past midnight during the week, so if a good nights sleep is critical come with some ear plugs. Worked like a charm. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'd have to suggest a good top to bottom cleaning. There was a lot of hidden dust and the bathroom needed a good scrub. Kitchen was stocked with basic necessities to cook a standard meal if needed. I tend to cook breakfast to save some cash and this was useful. Overall a good experience but has room for improvement.
