If you just want a soft bed then you’ll be happy, if you want a clean bathroom, towels and to not have to make the bed with a stained duvet and pillows; then you’ll be disappointed. Firstly the host will not respond through the app for any reason, you will need to call a number listed on-line or the window of the hotel. After we figured that out he let us in and handed us the key then told us the water in the fridge was free. There was no water and the fridge did not work, not a big deal for me. The duvet, cover and pillowcases were clean and smelled fresh but you are required to put them on the stained duvet and pillows yourself. We then realised that there were no towels in the room. I called the same number and was informed that “the Wi-Fi password is on the back of the door” unsure what that had to do with it I said in very broken German “brauchen Badetücher” to which he responded “you’ll be fine” and hung up and did not answer again. The shower also needs a good scrub.
