The place needs some love. A “get what you pay for” experience the least. If you are fine with fan rooms, then the place is just fine. Only 2/4 of the rooms are ACd. No aircon and only one fan on the living room and dining area. The pool is not as clean, not inviting to swim on. We were still able to do our activities using the big space upfront Ate well on their provided tables and chairs. We had to bring our own cookingwares. We had to park across the road away from the venue. May I suggest you facelift the place.

Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Place is awesome, my family enjoyed their stay.

Before finalizing your reservation, confirm the rate with the host. Also be sure to read the description as the contents were different than the listing (rate, check out time, etc). The road entering the property is also tight and lined with kids , animals and people who don't seem to care about possibly getting hit by a car passing by. The property itself is nice. Spacious and tidy with enough sleeping space for up to 20 people. (up to 15 comfortably). There is only one AC in the entire place located in the living room but it was sufficient since it isn't the dry, hot season.
