Perfect location, 7 minutes to the Inlet but nice and quiet back at the condo. Everyone in property was very helpful and kind. Olga was exceptional! Nice to have the 3 full bathrooms! The only thing maybe to be improved is the mattress in back bedroom. It has some places that sink in. All in all, we were very happy staying there! Thank you!

Beautiful and relaxing bay side condo! Great location with sunset views, pool, short walk to beach and proximity to hot spots in OCMD. Family and dog friendly which was a great benefit for us! Layout was great for family, we had grandparents traveling along with young children so the separation of rooms was really nice. Once you arrive and for check in, you will be dealing with the property management team on site as this is a condo in a timeshare building. The kitchen did not have essentials such as oil, salt & pepper so come prepared or check out the convenience store at the end of the block.

Place exceeded expectations. Felt spacious, great location with amazing bay views. Easy walk to Coconuts, fish tales and other restaurants nearby. 20/30 min walk to Seacrets area, which is doable in a pinch. Also easy to hop on bus. Had the best of an airbnb and a hotel with the front desk and condo amenities. Street parking was very easy if you have more then two cars. Our only issue was the fridge. I guess it had only been turned on right before we arrived and we didn’t realize it needed hours to cool. We loaded it up with groceries upon arrival and came back hours later to find everything warm and spoiled. The fridge was cold by the next morning, but the damage was done. We ended up eating from the conveniently close McDonalds more then we should have.
