La vue de l’appartement est magnifique, mais on sent que l’appartement est assez ancien et que certaines choses sont restées dans leur jus, ce qu’on ne voit pas à travers les photos. Il y avait une odeur d’égout dans les deux salles de bains, l’hôte peut s’en occuper si vous lui signaler. La deuxième chambre est extrêmement bruyante, celle avec les deux lits séparés. La propreté laissait à désirer, beaucoup de poussières des boules quies usagées sous les lits. Et notre penderie était dévissée. Les murs étaient abîmés et sales dans le salon, des gens ont mis leurs chaussures contre les murs… à ce prix là, j’attends plus de propreté. Mais la localisation est bien, c’est juste à côté du tram et le restaurant en bas est très sympa.

Apartment was ideally situated 100 yards from tram stop which connects to the centre and bus stops for airport. An easy 2 mile walk takes you to the marina , restaurants and castle area. It’s a popular walking route at anytime of day. The views from the castle are amazing and the bullring museum interesting. Carlos always responded to any questions promptly.

Fantastic modern apartment with wonderful views. Perfect location for the tram. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the tram station. The apartment was lovely and clean. Carlos the host was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Really nice apartment- exactly like the photos. Loved the balcony and the view. Neat and clean. Easy access to the city by tram (taxi is cheap too because it’s close or you can just walk) Great instructions on how to access the building and super helpful host, Carlos (like how to get to the airport very early)👍🏻

Apartement was prima! Alles aanwezig. Locatie niet top… wel zeer gemakkelijk naar centrum van Alicante. Restaurants in de directe omgeving waren meestal gesloten of hoegenaamd vol….(dit ivm vaderdag). Openingstijden via diversen social media klopten totaal niet, dus sta je in de avond voor gesloten deur… Wellicht ook te maken dat het geen hoogseizoen is…. Dit zou wel beter vooraf gemeld kunnen worden, zodat je niet voor verrassingen komt te staan….. beter om meteen naar centrum Alicante te gaan, lopend of met de tram, daar is voldoende open. Minpunt vind ik echt het geluid van de weg aan de voorzijde! Slaapkamer aan de zeekant zijde was prima!.
