Coming up to our expected arrival date I msged host to ask for directions, received no response. We then called directly and when we asked for directions, host was harsh and replied with 'its on the website'. I knew we might not have data service so getting directions was important. We asked about check in and was told that the host would be at home and to call so that she can speak to our driver and give directions. On the day of arrival we called the host as instructed and no answer. When we finally got a hold of her, she was not at home and we had to turn back to pick her up to get to the house. On arrival, we had problems with wifi, the AC remote did not work (had to figure out how to turn on manually), the TV remote also did not work. The place had obviously not been cleaned. I found 3 dead worms and the sheets were stained. Host was only now prepping the airbnb when we got there. I even had to ask for tea cups. On nights 2 and 3 when we had been out, we came home to roaches.

Althea is very kind and give us all the information expected. If you arrived at night,you will have to precise the adress in order to find the house easily.
